Have you ever realized that the weight holding you back isn’t the failure itself—it’s the fear of what you might lose? Sunday's word was a powerful reminder: when you live like you have nothing to lose, you live fully surrendered to God’s plan. You stop moving in fear and start walking in faith.
The pastor broke it down into five unforgettable truths that can change your life:
1. You Have To Try
Faith without works is dead. Sometimes we spend years waiting for the “perfect moment,” but perfection is an illusion. The first step toward breakthrough is obedience. You won’t know what God placed in you until you move. Try. Take that first step. If He called you to it, He will equip you for it.
2. You Have To Fall
Failure is not the opposite of success; it’s part of the process. Falling isn’t the end—it’s where your testimony is born. Every fall humbles you and positions you to depend on God more deeply. Don’t despise the fall; embrace the lesson.
3. Then Try Again
Here’s the part that hit me the hardest: “You are not the same person you were when you try again.” God did something inside of you through that fall. He reshaped your heart, strengthened your faith, and refined your character. When you rise, you rise with wisdom you didn’t have before. The second try is not from the same version of you—the second try is stronger, bolder, wiser.
4. You Are Beautifully Made for Purpose
You were designed with intentionality. Every detail of who you are was crafted by God to serve a purpose far greater than your fear. You are not a mistake. Your gift matters. Your voice matters. You matter. There’s an assignment on your life that only you can fulfill.
5. You Are Unstoppable
When you walk in the will of God, nothing can stop you. Not fear. Not failure. Not the opinions of others. You are unstoppable because your power comes from the One who cannot fail. As Acts 5:29 reminds us:
“We must obey God rather than human beings.”
When you obey God fully, you walk in authority and boldness that cannot be shaken.
Prayer
Father, help me live like I have nothing to lose. Remove fear, doubt, and hesitation from my heart. Remind me that every fall is just a step toward my purpose. Strengthen me to rise again, wiser and stronger than before. Thank You for making me beautifully and intentionally for Your glory. Today, I declare that I am unstoppable in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
