Some days you feel like you got it all together
Other days, you’re just trying not to cry in front of your child
Being a single parent is heavy
You’re the comforter
The provider
The protector
The scheduler
The therapist
The teacher
And still expected to keep going like you’re not tired
It’s okay to admit you’re overwhelmed
It’s okay to rest
It’s okay to not have it all figured out
What matters is that you show up
Even if your child never says it
They see you
They feel your love
They’re learning strength from you
Ask God for help
You were never meant to do it alone
And even if no one else shows up — He will
Scripture:
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
