Sin thrives in cycles. But through repentance, those cycles can be broken once and for all. The enemy wants to keep you stuck in repetitive habits that lead to shame and guilt. But the power of God can break every chain. Repentance is the doorway to freedom, it invites the Holy Spirit to strengthen you against temptation and set you on a new path. You do not have to live in bondage. Freedom is yours when you surrender fully to God.

Scripture:

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Prayer:

Lord, break every chain and every cycle that is keeping me bound. Help me to walk in freedom and never return to the things that destroy me. Amen.
